On behalf of the maintenance staff here at the Gainesville Housing Authority, I would like to thank you and your wonderful staff.

For some time The Gainesville Housing Authority has been looking for a much needed comprehensive training program to better our maintenance staff with no luck. We could get them into an individual class, however nothing that really touched the all-around need for maintenance.

You sat down with us, listened to our needs, and put together a training program second to none. It speaks volumes of how serious you and your staff took on this task of choosing a curriculum that worked for us, and finding instructors with the ability to relate the curriculum to real life situations. As an instructor for the apprentice program at SF College for the past 10 years, I value that ability.

The great thing about the training is that it works for many different levels. On our staff we have a couple of first time employees as well as guys who have been here for 20 plus years. Every one of the staff members finished the training with a much better understanding of maintenance and we ended up with better employees. I received positive feedback from staff about the training, and how they were already using it in the field.

I would highly recommend this training program to any company that has a maintenance staff that performs turnarounds and work orders for apartments.

Again I cannot thank you and your staff enough for the hard work and being a great community partner.
